Frequently Asked Questions


Are all your note cards blank inside?

Yes, all of our note cards are blank giving you the option to use our products for all occasions; birthdays, congratulations, thank-yous, love notes,  wedding, new baby, bereavement, etc.

Do your cards come in different sizes?

Currently, all of our cards come in one size - 5.5” X 4” - in both portrait and landscape orientations with an envelope included.

Can I order a design of my choice?

Yes,  you can choose your designs. Simply add your design of choice to your cart. Custom Order cards must be ordered in multiples of 20. 

Can I use my own laser printer to print a personal message inside the cards?

It is not recommended that you print on our cards using your own personal printer. This is to avoid potential damage to your printer and to the card's design.

Our cards are made of  80lb. card stock, the design is coated with a UV Glossy Finish. The inside is blank with a matte finish and can be inscribed with any type of pen.



What forms of payment may I use?

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Your method of payment will be charged at the time you place your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

As soon as we receive your order, it is immediately routed to us for processing and shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or change your order once it has been placed. 


Custom Orders

What is your cancellation policy for a custom order?

If you decide to cancel your custom order after it has been submitted, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase price including shipping and handling.

How long will it take to receive my custom order?

Custom orders will take longer to ship than non-custom orders regardless of the shipping method selected. We will send a notification email when your order is being processed and again when it ships.



Free Shipping to all Retail Customers.  Wholesale Customers pay shipping costs.

Do you ship to P. O. Box addresses?

We are not able to ship to post office box addresses.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories?

We ship to Hawaii & Alaska....please allow extra time for delivery. 

At this time we do not offer shipping to Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, or American Samoa.

How soon will my purchase arrive?

Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class mail. 

You may also choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail for an additional cost.

Once your order is received we will notify you when it has shipped (usually within 1-2 business days).  For USPS First Class Mail to the contiguous 48 states, please allow 5-6 business days for your order to arrive. For delivery to Alaska & Hawaii please allow 10 to 15 business days for order to arrive.

Custom printed items may take longer to ship due to the increased processing and production time.

Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed.

How do I ship an order as a gift?

We do not offer gift packaging at this time; however, you may purchase items to be shipped to another party.

Please submit the shipping address for your gift order then submit your billing address when completing your order payment.
